First logo with the county colours. This wasn’t a terrible attempt but our designer Jesse soon set us straight
How it All Started

First mash and first beers released. The countries first Brown ale and Helles Lager were part of that lineup, alongside our classic Pale Ale. There were an unnecessarily large number of launch parties…

In those early days we relied heavily on friends and family to help us with bottling. They were paid…in beer.

Labels, brewery installed and the first mash went on

New seasonal beers released and an unusual beer called Neomexicanus, our first black label.

More new beers, IPA added to our core range

More big shiny stainless steel tanks. Our first export to the USA. Brewery getting crowded…Fire lager developed in partnership with Fire Restaurant

Expanded our Black label range, opened taps all over the country. The brewery getting very very full…

Helped celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the Dáil, moved the brewery to our new BIGGER premises (this required considerable effort). Celebrated by dipping our toes into a bit of canning…now there’s an idea…and tasted A LOT of steak!

In no particular order…Brexit, Global pandemic, economic catastrophe, new canned beer range, brewery shop, rebrand, website….
